    Soroptimist International of the Greater Sacramento Region (SIGS), was chartered in 1986 and is affiliated with the Soroptimist International Sierra Nevada Region. We are part of Soroptimist International of the Americas. Soroptimist clubs cater to professional women interested in community service.
